When your listing agent lists your property on the MLS, they enter your contact information such as your name, email address, and phone number under the private agent remark of the MLS. When buyer agents look at your property in the MLS
Your contact information will be mentioned in the private remarks section of the MLS listing. Buyer's agents who are interested in your property will directly reach out to you via phone or email, per the details added in the private agent remarks.
If a Buyer Agent contacts your Listing Agent or Houzeo, we will forward you the necessary information, enabling you to initiate direct communication with potential leads.
The listing agent updates the private remarks according to the seller info available on the Houzeo dashboard. Kindly update the information accurately.
