Step 2: Start Your Listing- Click on “Start Listing Now” at the top right corner of the homepage.
Step 3: Create or Log In to Your Account
Register using a valid email address or log in to your existing Houzeo account
Step 4: Complete the 8-Step Listing Process- Provide all required details through the guided workflow:
Location Info – Enter your property address and related details.

Location Info – Enter your property address and related details.
Property Info – Add specifications such as bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage
Set Price & Buyer Agent Commission – Enter your listing price and select the buyer agent commission.
Select a Plan – Choose the listing plan that best suits your needs.
Title & Contact Info – Verify property title details and contact information.
Listing Agent Assignment – A licensed agent will be assigned based on your MLS.
Closing Agent (Optional) – Opt for a closing agent if required.
Photos & Description – Upload property images and add a detailed description.
