Managing showings for your Houzeo listing is easy with the built-in "Showings" feature. This guide explains how to reschedule appointments efficiently:
Finding the Showings Section:
- Log in to your Houzeo Dashboard.
- On your 'Selling Properties' Dashboard, locate 'Showings'.
- Click on "Showings" to access the appointment management window.
The "Showings" window displays all upcoming appointment requests from potential buyers
Rescheduling an Appointment:
- Find the specific appointment you want to reschedule.
- You'll see three options next to each request: "Accept," "Reject," and "Reschedule" (our focus here).
- Click on the "Reschedule" button for the chosen appointment.
Proposing a New Time:
A new pop-up will appear allowing you to propose a new date and time for the showing.
- Suggest a new time and date you're proposing to the buyer/buyer agent in the input box.
- Optional: You may add a brief explanation for rescheduling (e.g., scheduling conflict)
- Once you've chosen a new time, confirm your selection using the "Submit" button.
Important Note:
