You can choose to cancel your listing at any time, unless it is currently under contract. Please note that if you cancel and wish to relist later, the listing fee will need to be paid again.
If you’ll be unavailable for a certain period, instead of cancelling, you can request to make your property “Off-Market.” This can be done via Change MLS Listing → Other on your Houzeo Dashboard, allowing you to pause your listing temporarily without fully cancelling it.
