How do I request reactivation when I am ready?

If you had previously requested to temporarily take your property off the market via Change MLS Listing → Other on your Houzeo Dashboard or had informed your listing agent, allowing you to pause your listing temporarily without fully cancelling it  and are now ready to reactivate it, simply send an email to your assigned listing agent requesting reactivation.

Please make sure to CC  
support@houzeo.com 
so the Support team is also informed and can assist if needed. Clearly mention that you would like to have your listing moved back to Active status.

If your listing was fully cancelled (not temporarily off-market), you will need to relist the property by purchasing a new listing plan.

In this case, please reach out to Houzeo Customer Support, and the team will guide you through the relisting process.
