How do I connect with the Buyer Agent who has requested the showing? Unable to see the contact details. ​

For ShowingTime Users:
If you've purchased ShowingTime:

  • Log in to the ShowingTime app using your registered email and phone number.

  • Navigate to the showing request — the buyer agent’s contact details will be visible there.

For Houzeo Showings:
If you're using Houzeo's in-house showing service:

  • Houzeo Dashboard:
    Log in to your Houzeo Dashboard to manage and review showing requests.

  • Email Notifications:
    Each time a showing is requested, Houzeo sends an email with the name of the buyer or buyer agent.
