How do I connect with the Buyer Agent who has requested the showing? Unable to see the contact details. ​

If you're unable to see the buyer agent's contact details, follow these steps based on your Showing Time subscription status:

For Showing Time Users:

  • If you have purchased Showing Time:

    1. Log in to the Showing Time app.
    2. View the showing detailsβ€”the buyer agent's contact information will be displayed.

  • If you have NOT purchased ShowingTime:

    • You will need to contact your listing agent to get the buyer agent's details.

For Houzeo Showings:

  • Manage requests via your Houzeo Dashboard:

    • You can review and manage showing requests directly on your Houzeo dashboard.

  • Check your email:

    • Once a buyer or buyer's agent requests a showing, Houzeo sends you an email notification with their contact details.
