Before applying, ensure you are:
- Independent Brokerage: You must be a Managing Broker or Broker-in-Charge of your brokerage, excluding franchise affiliations. Operating independently aligns well with our partnership model.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with technology is essential. Houzeo utilizes various tools and platforms, so comfort and proficiency are crucial for a smooth experience.
- Local Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of the real estate market within your state. This includes guiding clients through processes like listing, pricing, showings, and offer negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes for sellers.
- Efficient Multi-Tasker: The ability to handle multiple listings simultaneously with efficiency and organization is vital.
Applying to Become a Partner:
If you think you can become a partner, you have two ways to submit your application:
- Website: Visit our website and navigate to the "Become a Partner" section (bottom of the page). There, you will find additional information and a form to submit your interest.
- Email: Alternatively, you can send a detailed email expressing your interest in becoming a Houzeo partner agent to partners@houzeo.com.
Details to be included in the form:
1. Broker Full Name.
2. Broker's Firm Name.
3. County-Wise MLS Coverage.
4. Objectives and expectations for the partnership
5. Are they the broker in charge of their firm?
6. Any other details or questions they may have?
