How can I relist a cancelled listing?
Once a listing is canceled on the Houzeo Dashboard, the listing is permanently deleted from the MLS within 24 hours. To relist the property on the MLS, the seller has to purchase a new plan and follow the steps for listing the property on the Houzeo Dashboard.

It's important to note that your property will receive a new MLS number and the days on the market will reset to zero, providing a fresh start for potential buyers.
