How can I purchase Rush Service?
Login to your Houzeo Dashboard using your ID and password. On your dashboard, you will need to navigate the Optional Items section. Here, you will find a task for Rush Service. Once you click on the title 'Rush Service' the task will open up and you will see a green button that will say 'Mark as Complete'.
Once you hit that button, it will send a request to the listing agent's team and will put your listing on top of the queue. Yay! now you can sit back and relax while the listing team works on your listing.
Once all the documents are verified, you will be assigned an MLS draft listing PDF of your property within 12 hours for your review.
Rush Service is available to be purchased as a standalone option service, Houzeo suggests purchasing the Platinum plan to receive additional services from the Listing agent without any additional cost. (1% at closing is applicable, $999 minimum)
