How can I purchase Rush Service?
Log in to your Houzeo Dashboard using your ID and password. On your dashboard, you will need to navigate the 'Optional Items' section. Here, you will find a task for Rush Service. Once you click on the title 'Rush Service', the task will open up, and you will see a green button that says 'Mark as Complete'.
Once you hit that button, it will send a request to the listing agent's team and will put your listing at the top of the queue. Yay! now you can sit back and relax while the listing team works on your listing.
Once all the documents are verified, you will be assigned an MLS draft listing PDF of your property within 12 hours for your review.
Rush Service is available to be purchased as a standalone service option. Houzeo suggests purchasing the Platinum plan to receive additional services from the Listing agent without any additional cost. (1.25% at closing is applicable, $999 minimum)
