Congratulations on the sale of your property! Below are the steps to raise an amendment and update the listing status to Sold:

article and follow the steps to update your listing.
Houzeo Mobile App
Step 1: Log in to your Houzeo Mobile App and click on "My Homes" and click on your properties' "Primary Image."

Step 2: Click on 'Change MLS'.
Step 3: Click on "Sold".
Step 4: Click “Sold,” choose your offer, and select “Next.” If you received an offline offer, select “I accept an offer that I received offline.”
Step 5: Fill in all the required details. Please make sure that all info is on this step.
Step 6: Add the Buyer Agent Details and click “Next.” If the buyer does not have a buyer agent, select “Buyer doesn’t have a buyer agent” and click “Next.”
Step 7: Add the "Seller's Settlement Agent Details" and Click on "Next".
Step 8: Click on "Pick File" and upload the offer contract, and then click "Next."
Step 9: If you upload the wrong document, click the "Dustbin icon" to delete it, then upload the correct one using "Pick File" and click "Next".
Step 10: Sign the document and click "Submit".
Once you click Submit, the listing agent will review the details. Within 24–48 business hours, the status on the MLS will be updated from Sale Pending to Sold.
Step 1: Click on the "Change MLS Listing" option on your Houzeo Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on "Sold" option under listing status change.
Step 3: Fill in all the details and click on "Next Step".
Step 4: Upload a copy of the Settlement Statement or Closing Disclosure and click on "Next Step".
Step 5: To complete the process, please sign the amendment form. Once you have signed the amendment request, click on "Submit".
This will create an amendment task that will be reviewed by your listing agent and he will action it within 24-48 business hours to change the listing status on the MLS.
