Although Houzeo doesn't directly provide closing services, it offers a convenient platform for you to find and choose your preferred closing agent or any other service provider you may need.

This model gives you the flexibility to select the right professionals tailored to your needs, ensuring a seamless and efficient closing process.

You can add your own Title agent while listing with Houzeo. In some cases, Houzeo may provide a title agent, but this is not mandatory. You have full flexibility to choose a title or closing agent of your preference.

Once you complete Step 7 of the listing process—updating the property description and uploading photos—you’ll be redirected to your Houzeo Dashboard. From there, you can add your chosen closing or title agent under 'Your Team' section.
