Do you provide a Lockbox?
We do not provide Lockbox as part of our package. It is a listing upgrade that needs to be purchased separately.
On your Houzeo Dashboard, you will have the option to purchase a combination key box from a 3rd party merchant website (Amazon).
Alternatively, you can also use your local Lockbox.
Houzeo being a technology firm does not provide an MLS-approved lockbox. If you seeking the Supra or SentriLock, please reach out to Houzeo Support.
NOTE: The use of Lockbox must be precautionary, you should change the code combination frequently. You should be careful when releasing the access instructions to the public.
