Lockbox Purchase Options and Security Guidelines | Houzeo

Do you provide a Lockbox?

We do not provide Lockbox as part of our package. It is a listing upgrade that needs to be purchased separately.

On your Houzeo Dashboard, you can purchase a combination key box from a 3rd party merchant website (Amazon).

Alternatively, you can also use your local Lockbox.

Houzeo, being a technology firm, does not provide an MLS-approved lockbox. If you seek any further information on this, please contact Houzeo Support.

NOTE: The use of Lockbox must be precautionary; you should change the code combination frequently. You should be careful when releasing the access instructions to the public.
