Can there be an Email stating that status is marked as sold or the changes are updated?

To update your property as Sold or to make any other changes to your MLS listing, you must submit a 'Change MLS Listing' amendment request from your Houzeo Dashboard.

Once the task is actioned by the listing agent or his team, they promptly accept the raised amendment request on the Houzeo Dashboard. This action triggers an automated email sent to the seller's registered email address, confirming the completion of the required change. This process applies to various modifications such as Listing Status (e.g., sale pending, sold), Price adjustments, and Photo updates.

AlertIn specific cases, the email may include the updated PDF of the listing if it has been attached by the listing agent or his team.
