1) Select a listing they are interested in and click on "Make an offer"



2) This page outlines the Offer Instructions and provides contact information about the Seller and the Listing Agent.



3) At this step the buyer or buyer agent has to fill out a form that requests the following information:-



  • Who is Uploading the Offer?

Choose the party uploading the offer: Buyer's Agent, Buyer, Buyer's Attorney, Seller, or Listing Agent.

  • Offer Contract Availability

Confirm whether you have the offer contract: Yes or No.

  • Payment Method

Specify the payment method: Mortgage or All Cash.
