Can I sign the offer on the offers platform?​​

While the Houzeo Offers Platform doesn’t currently offer electronic signatures, we understand the convenience of digital processes. To ensure a smooth transaction, you have two efficient options.

First, you can easily print the offer, sign it manually, and submit it to the buyer or their agent. Alternatively, our dedicated Houzeo Listing Agent is available to guide you through the signing process using electronic signature tools. They’re happy to assist with any questions or provide additional support.

Assistance from a listing agent is only available in Gold/Platinum Plans.

If you are on a lower plan (Bronze or Silver), you always have the option to upgrade to Gold or the Platinum Plan if you require assistance from the Listing Agent.
