No, you cannot use your own agent to list your property through Houzeo.
Houzeo works with carefully vetted, licensed broker partners who are authorized to list properties on your local MLS. When you choose Houzeo, your property is listed through one of our partnered agents to ensure MLS compliance and a smooth process.
Since a property cannot be listed on the same MLS by two different agents at the same time, you must use Houzeo’s assigned listing agent for the MLS listing.
You can still work with your own agent for other aspects of the transaction for guidance, but they cannot replace Houzeo’s listing agent for MLS purposes.
